The Wisper Alpino range is the ultimate in luxury electric biking with a larger frame, 28" wheels, Alfine 8 hub gears, Shimano vented disk brakes, super high efficiency motor, liquid crystal display screen, six levels of pedal assist, fault diagnostics and the option of hydraulic braking.
